my trainer told me to join the body attack class today, n i did. seriously mengattack seluruh body ok kelas tu. halfway through the class, perut mengeras. cramp kah? ok ow, lupa warm up perut. nasib baik trainer cool gila walaupun yours truly dok menghancurkan the formation of the class. org lain buat synchronize gile, tetibe i hancurkan. org ke kiri, haku ke kanan, org ke kanan, haku ke kiri. haha.
lepas kelas, personal trainer suruh minta sign instructor body attack tu hokeh. malu i, da la buat mcm hampeh. tapi dia sweet je, "your first time is it? i've never seen you in my class before.u did
great.." haha. yea right.thank u teacher sam. i'll come back for my second round tomorrow, n i'll be better,u can count on that.
i had fun jugak, even though tahapehape haku buat, org lain semua sgt supportive, showing me ways to attack the body correctly. da la semua chinese. hari raya pun work out. saya kagum.mesti berusaha lebih.ok.
