kesian baby saya.demam panas and selsema.da 2 hari dah.and kat badan dia ada gatal2.maktok aqeef dah bawa aqeef pegi jumpa doktor khamis lepas and doktor kata dia kena hand, foot and mouth disease(ok,sgt takut bila dgr nama penyakit ni).

Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a human syndrome caused by intestinal viruses of the Picornaviridae family. The most common strains causing HFMD are Coxsackie A virus and Enterovirus 71 (EV-71).[1]

Apparently, penyakit ni sgt common kat babies.hmm.n colleagues kat office pun kata sgtlah normal penyakit ni, at one time or another, anak2 mereka pun pernah kena hand, foot and mouth disease ni.lega sket lah smlm.tapi hari ni tgk2 bintik2 tu dah naik kat badan pula.mak ngah aqeef kata could be measles plak.haish.since smlm aqeef taknak minum susu sgt and taknak makan.risau ok.for a 10 months old baby yg sgt suka makan,tolak batu ngan kayu je previously, terus jadi taknak makan apa2. air kosong je kot.sedih saya tgk anak saya.:( malam tadi dia nangis sedu2 waktu tido sambil garu2 badan.sian dia.pastu bagi susu taknak, terjuih2 mulut dia tolak puting.tak kencing sgt juga, kering je lunatots dia malam2(sgt abnormal compared to hari previous). maktok aqeef kata, sbb dia dehydrated (taknak susu, taknak makan, taknak minum), sbb tu tak kencing kot.hmm.

this morning, bgn pagi, saya terus mandikan dia, bagi dia makan ubat demam and selsema and forced him to drink water. all 7oz of it.alhamdulillah dia minum.masak bubur nasi, dia taknak makan.sedih je tgk muka dia sedih tolak2 bubur tu.tried giving him fruits pun taknak.macam mana nak sihat kan takde tenaga.tiba2 teringat papa dia ada beli cerelac hari tu.terus buat utk dia. sgt senang rupanya buat cerelac ni.u just need to add water/milk to the cereal and voila, da siap.and alhamdulillah, dia makan dgn sgt berselera.alhamdulillah.lepas tu baru nampak dia senyum sikit.:) lepas makan, dia tgk elmo dia nyanyi2 sket, pastu saya tuamkan kepala n badan dia dgn tuala basah, terus terlelap, until now da 2 jam da.sian dia,kepenatan kot malam tadi pun tak sedap tido.

bercerita ttg cerelac, since aqeef 6 bulan up til now, dia makan home made porridge je for lunch lah.so far tak pernah bagi dia bubur mcm cerelac sume tu kot.ingatkan dia tak suka semua tu.ingatkan dia suka bubur mama dia masak je.haha.
bahan2 utk membuat bubur kegemaran aqeef.carrot+brokoli+kentang+ayam/ikan.
nyummy, boilkan dgn 5 sudu besar beras dan air, dah jadi bubur aqeef.sedap ok.kalau aqeef tak habis makan,mama dia tlg habiskan.muahaha.
dan inilah cerelac perisa epal and kranberi yg aqeef makan dgn berseleranya walaupun tgh demam.after this need to buy more utk aqeef.tgk ingredients pun ok, ada prebio, dha and vitamins lengkap.should be ok kot kan, insyaAllah?and oh, aqeef will be 10 months tomorrow, insyaAllah.:)
