second month's progress,:)

first month : 2 kg
second month : 7 kg

alhamdulillah.:) i was shocked actually. didnt expect to lose that much because when we were in phuket, i ate like nobody's business ok. we had two days of buffet breakfast at the hotel, and boy i went nuts. ate a whole lot of croissant with heavy-loaded butter, fried rice, cereals, and they had the best butter fish dish i've eve tasted - and i had like 3 plates of those ok. tetibe turun 7kg. apakah?

but the only thing that i restricted myself from was sugary drinks. i used to love iced lemon tea, peel fresh and apple juice with aloe vera bits. oh heaven. but now i'd rather hv plain water,:) seriously. yesterday after 2 hours of workout and the weighing session with my trainer, i wanted to reward myself with a bottle of ice lemon tea, so i filled up my water bottle with ice lemon tea.but after 1 sip, i realized that i'd rather have plain water!pastu tapau je air tu kasik kat incik suami.

wah!sgt best feeling ni ok. the best part is, i actually look forward to exercise be it going to the gym, jogging at the lake or paula abdul's aerobics session with aqeef pun. its a necessity instead of a burden to me now. i used to hate any form of exercise, but now, its a way of life.:) i even go to the gym to release my work tension ok.

n of course, the part where i can actually fit most of my old clothes again, :) undescribable.haha. ok, next month target turun 10kg pastu boleh shopping gila2 kat bandung for new clothes insyaAllah.*berangan lebih*
