One month anniversary

InsyaAllah esok genap sebulan pengamalan diet terbaru saya. Alhamdulillah. So far dah 7.5kg turun. Yea! Syukur. Bukan sebab dah turun berat badan semata mata, tapi sebab my whole life has changed for the better. Better diet, better lifestyle, better eating habit and senaman juga sudah kerap.

This lifestyle is not easy and i'm still far from having the perfect healthy lifestyle but i'm trying and so far, i'm satisfied with my progress. With my previous eating habit & lifestyle, only God knows betapa susahnya nak menukar segalanya overnight. Tapi syukur Allah mudahkan semuanya.

One of my prayers in the holy land last time was for Allah to make it easier for me to lose weight healthily. And only if it can make me a better daughter, wife, mother and servant to Him. Alhamdulillah. Hopefully berkekalan lah proses ini.

And oh, just nak share a great workout that i believe everyone can enjoy and follow. Sgt best ok, i love it, so very much. Paula abdul's get up & dance. Serius. I've tried a lot of exercise routines & aerobics but by far, this is my favourite. Sgt berpeluh bila buat ni and the plus side adalah ia sgt seronok, rasa mcm menari dgn paula abdul,:)

And oh. Aqeef totally laughs at me everytime i do the routine. Like hahahahaha laugh. When he was little, he used to make me carry him throughout the workout and now he laughs at me. Good son. Dont forget, all mama's fat came from carrying you for 9 months ok baby.;p

Oh ya, inilah workout paula abdul itu. I'm so totally in love with this workout.

Huhu, kite dah post dah kat blog tu. baru tersedar comment awak.kite makan herbalife lin,:) sgt best so far n tak susah pun. Kita boleh buat, anybody can, huhu.

Tapi lin suka ckp badan naik padahal tak naik pun, sama je. Huhu. Take care ya.
