:) it's one month, and after measuring my weight, i officially lost 7kg in a month.:) alhamdulillah, walaupun smlm actually turun 7.5kg, tapi 0.5kg tu main2 je kejap turun kejap naik dgn saya. huhu.
And my new diet?it's herbalife. Has been my breakfast & lunch for the past month. And tengahari makan macam biasa. I did cut out all sugary drink and food. And add exercise into my routine.
And today, i felt like celebrating. Konon2 nak makan byk la for lunch. my mom just got home from her hometown batu pahat and she brought with her my favourite nasi minyak kambing shah.And at the same time bibik cooked delicious bihun and lauk pauk for lunch. And konon2 plan makan nasi minyak dulu pastu makan bihun n makan nasi lauk la. Gila plis ketamakan melanda.haha.
Sekali makan setengah nasi minyak dah bloated kenyang gila. Mula2 rasa kecewa, siap kompelin dgn sapik, apahal kenyang cpt sgt ni. Tapi i guess that's what herbalife do kot. Kasi kita cpt kenyang and selalu kenyang. Sgt suka plak lepas tu sbb tak terover makan. Huhu.
And oh, ni lah sebulan stok saya makan. Breakfast and dinner. Bak kata mei mei dlm cite upin ipin, "saya suka!saya suka!saya suka!" ,:) happy sunday peeps!
