Back to business. Normal herbalife diet is in order. First, second & third raya breakfast je ambil herbalife, tghari & malam melantak tak hengat. Timbang lepas 3 hari seb baik still keep berat hari terakhir puasa. Betul lah kalau nak keep weight at least minum shake sekali dlm sehari. Fourth raya, pagi n malam makan shake kembali. Feels good.
And, mestilah senaman juga, barulah lebih cepat membakar!:) to date, i've lost 17kg! And counting!:) selamat hari raya kelima! Mari senaman sebelum makan lunch best2,:)
