anniversary & birthday getaway(part 2)

the next morning we woke up really late and stayed on the bed til noon ok. i mentioned the bed was super comfortable right?huhu. we had our breakfast in bed and stayed in the room until
late afternoon. sebab hujan je kot,huhu. seronok je lepak2 kat bilik.


mendung je satu hari, org swimming pun kejap naik sebab hujan, kejap swim, the next minute naik balik sbb hujan. kesian. huhu. petang sket lepas hujan renyai2, kami keluar jalan2 around the hotel.

bersantai, org yang tak mandi and lepak2 baca buku macam kami pun boleh duduk juga,hihi.



hubby yg mcm budak sekolah, ke hulu ke hilir dgn bag laptop dia.pegi beach pun bawak bag laptop ok.


oh, ini saya kat compound hotel on the way to the beach. belakang tu adalah hotel punya main building. thats where the lobby is semua. i wore yellow!haha, for those who know me well, i never wear yellow ok, tapi since its my birthday, saya rasa kuning akan sgt menceriakan saya. and its true!i laughed the whole day, probably because i was with hubby chilling and relaxing je kan, no stress kan. tapi mmg sgt menaikkan mood ok kaler kuning.hehe.


the walking pavement heading to the beach, sgt cantik tmpt ni, sangat teratur and best. saya suka.


the beach ok lah, nothing to shout about, pantai teluk kemang lagi best kot, cuma tak ramai orang la kat sini, relax je. people would rather swim kat pools yang sgt best tu kan.huhu.


and then we headed to a secluded restaurant, eh ke pub, called cumulus. its separated from the main hotel areas and next to the beach. the third pool is inside this area and apparently its an infinity pool.sgt cool! but its not that big compared to the infinity pools i've seen before.just nice lah


and, its restricted only for adults ok. sapik kata ni tmpt org bogel2, hahaha. hampeh, pastu saya datang dgn tudung bagai kan.


still masuk and amik gambar gak, semangat dgn tak pakai swimming attire nya, org lain sume seksi2 je. nasib baik takde org bogel,hihi.


inilah infinity pool dia. ok lah, quite nice jugak, tapi sebelah pool ni ada pub n byk org putih minum2, hmm...


and then we went back to the hotel's main area and this is the huge pool area.


this is the children's room. omg!sgt besar and byk mainan ok playroom dia, and the provide babysitting service jugak. definitely going to come back
with aqeef nanti,:)


they also have recreational areas to play games, i managed to capture only the table tennis area. but they also have movie room with a big screen & game room as well.

after that we went out to get some food cause we were starving, i think it was 3pm dah kot.huhu.we went out and had our late lunch at lukut's secret recipe. this is the only decent food joint in the area that served cakes.hehe.


i chose the prawn macaroni with cheese cause its yellow.haha.sedondon tak kami?;p and sgtlah sedapnya.











those were the food that we had, and i also had their chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.yummmsss!:) it was the perfect birthday lunch with the perfect person.*hati bunga bunga* :) hubby wanted to buy me a cake, but i was so full and took a raincheck on the cake offer,;p

after that, we went straight back to the hotel. we stayed in til the next morning...


called room service for our scrumptious dinner later that night..

had our bedtime tea while watching our favourite show-how i met your mother- together. and we laughed together.:)

the best part of the day was that i woke up to a handsome guy next to me and he wished me happy birthday, and before we went to sleep that night, he wished me happy birthday again just before the clock striked 12.i felt like a cinderella, only my situation's better than hers, my prince charming is already my husband and he's still there when i woke up in the morning. and for the rest of my life insyaAllah,:)

thank you syafik azrir for everything.this is an understatement but i love you with all my heart.*hugs & kisses*

anniversary & birthday getaway(part 1)

last tuesday was our 3rd anniversary and yesterday, i turned 18, eh 28,;p.alhamdulillah,i'm so blessed with so many good things, people & rezeki. syukur. and hubby brought me to port dickson for our anniversary cum birthday romantic getaway!:)

we went out on tuesday afternoon after hubby returned home from his morning meeting(he took leave but needed to attend a meeting, pffftt). we went to have our anniversary dinner at manhattan fish market, sunway pyramid cause i was craving for a good ol' fish and chips, yummsss!:)


after lunch, we headed out of the city to port dickson!yea!great choice for a romantic getaway dearest hubby!dekat je dari rumah tapi still rasa mcm jauh jugak.sbb ada laut & greeneries
whatnot kan.


the signage that greeted us before entering the resort's compound. at this time i was bursting with happiness because the resort's so damn beautiful, and huge. (eh jap, i think i felt like bursting because i was holding in my full bladder to keep myself from
peeing in
my pants since sunway pyramid kot,haha).

oh, finally we arrived at the hotel lobby, it was quite far from the roadside as the resort's surrounded by a golf course, but it's currently under construction.after that, we checked in and went around the hotel before heading to our room. the hotel was awesome!huge & calming. plus, the scenery..subhanallah, sgt cantik!:)


our comfortable huge bed!seriously, this was the best part of our stay, the bed is so comfortable, to the point that, once yout sunk your body into the bed, thats it, u'll be fast asleep, and tido mati plak tu, tak sedar apa. thats how good the bed was.oh i miss the bed already,huhu.

ok. their main pool above is the largest hotel pool that i've ever seen. seriously. and it goes down as deep as 2.7 metres ok.


this is their kiddies pool. siap ada slide ok. aqeef would've been very happy here. next time we plan to bring aqeef here. masa tgk kolam ni, asyik teringat aqeed je, huhu. and belakang tu adalah
laut. pagi2 bukak mata n tgk
luar tingkap nampak laut, heaven.:)


ptg tu lepas mandi2 lepak2, da fresh sket lepas solat maghrib and jamak isyak, we went out to explorw pd town. explore la sgt, kecik je, hehe. after that we had our dinner at one of the local seafood warungs named mutiara seafood restaurant. hubby said he once ate at the restaurant with his friends and it was quite good.i was sceptical at first, but my oh my, the food was scrumptious!


we ordered tomyam campur,kangkung goreng belacan, sotong goreng tepung and telur bistik. it was so finger licking good that both of us silently ate our dinner without any conversation. except when we wanted to express how good the food tasted la kan. serious sgt sedap, kedai biasa je kot. tepi jalan je,huhu. its situated at one of the big simpang tiga kat pantai batu 14 tu, sgtlah senang dijumpai, n ramai je org kat situ.


hubby, before savouring the food.hehe.after dinner we went straight back to the hotel. went around the hotel and sleep cause we were so exhausted from the journey(jauhlah sgt pun,;p)











oh, atas ni adalah gambar2 sekitar hotel n lobbynya. sgt cool n relaxing je.


our room. room 560.ok thats the end of our anniversary day and i shall continue later. saya lapar,haha.

mydear warehouse sale lagi!:)

woh!woh!woh! mydear warehouse sale datang lagi!omg, since aqeef dalam perut until now, adalah dekat 7-8 kali melawat warehouse sale mydear kat puchong ni. and setiap kali pun berpuas hati dgn hasil tangkapan kami. semua murah n kualiti pun not that bad. we like!:)

hari ni, hubby n saya cuti lagi sambung deepavali n melawat la kilang mydear ni. wah wah, kali ni banyak plak hasil tangkapan compared to the last sale. having children ni, setiap stages ada je benda nak beli ok. masa baby baru lahir, nak beli babycot la, carrier la, rocker bagai. da besar ni basikal la, motor la, car bagai kan. n kat mydear ni semua murahlah, tu yang mengganas je membeli. siap ada baju n toys punya section kan. like like like.


papa tgh usha motosikal for aqeef's birthday present this year.galak dia memilih, mcm dia plak yg nak naik ok. pastu ada hati nak beli automated mercedes car for aqeef. pat ratus lebih kot. to which i said no la kan, of course. membazir kan.n finally papa chose an automated motorcycle for less than 200 bucks. ok la, tapi simpan until his birthday in december.huhu.


bought this tent inclusive of 100 balls. sgt reasonable harga dia, hari tu tgk kat toys r us paling murah rm150. ni rm60 paling murah, tapi we bought yang atas ni rm71. ok la, sgt berbaloi bila tgk aqeef excited main
dgn balls kat dlm rumah ni.

oh lagi beli benda ni utk potty train aqeef, murah sgt kot rm30 dapat yg ada lagu2 lagi.tapi mmg susahnya la nak suruh aqeef duduk dalam ni okeh, dia boleh buat tandas dia ni as tmpt letak bola2 dia,huhu.tak faham konsep tandas lagi.lagi papa beli white board utk aqeef scribble apa2 yg patut.

n dapat tshirt aqeef ni jugak. dia label kat situ baju putih disney rm18, n baju purple tu rm12. tetibe bila bayar rm20 je total. dah dalam kete baru sedar mcm salah je kira uncle nih, huhu. kira halallah eh.

lagi adalah belikan toys utk anak2 sedara saya, hari tu birthday one of the boys, jadi dptlah belikan kereta remote control yg sgt berbaloi2 lab harga dia!cool gilalah.

i think the sale will be up till 7th november kot, am definitely going to go again, nak usha slide dgn swing utk aqeef,;p

alhamdulillah, today marks 3 years of our marriage.syukur sbb still together and Allah still limpahkan kami kasih sayang antara satu sama lain, rezeki yang melimpah ruah and enough obstacles to test our marriage n lives together. motif syukur ada obstacles?sebab setiap obstacle mesti ada hikmah disebaliknya kan, and alhamdulillah, for us, setiap masalah tu akan end up merapatkan lagi kami anak beranak.syukur.:)

and today we're away (and alone,;p) for our romantic anniversary getaway til thursday.and so far hubby's been very attentive and loving and managed to make me cry with his surprises(after years of continous nagging that he's not romantic enough from my part,;p)

to syafik azrir, i love you with all my heart. simply because i'm the happiest when i'm myself and i'm solely myself when i'm with you. thank you for being the greatest companion, husband, best friend & eating buddy(;p) that one can ask for. and special thank you for this..


this feeling,urghh, i never want to forget. i'm so happy, i feel like exploding,:)

hari ni balik rumah, tgk2 gambar raya tahun ni dah siap.seronok seronok.


dari keluarga merah tahun ni. muahahaha. merah please. plan last minute kaler merah.actually ikut plan kaler hijau kami tahun ni ,kain baju melayu sapik n akip, serta kain baju kurung saya pun dah beli siap2 kat bandung hari tu.last2, hantar tailor lambat punya pasal, tukar lah theme kaler lain kan, beli je baju2 kami ready made kat kompleks pkns shah alam. kang beli kaler hijau gak kang, rugi kan sbb kain hijau dah ada.

oleh itu, red lah kami tahun ni.:) ok je saya, suami saya mmg tak kisah je dia. kasi pakai kain pelikat masa raya pun dia ok je kot.huhu. n oh, muka akip kelakar. melopong je..hahaha.dia meraung masa amik gambar tu sbb puting dia kena tanggal, pastu nampak flash terus melopong.haha, aqeef aqeef.

everytime i see this picture of our small little family, something cringed inside of me,hoping a little baby girl will be part of our little family next year insyaAllah.tapi......something inside me kata.."not yet....not ready yet...."uwaaa!

my baby's hand

hubby took this photo. the photo of my baby's small and fragile hand on top of my big(full of fat) and mature(chewah) hand. and i came to a sudden realization at that moment of time that i have so many things to teach my baby and time is running so fast, and i might not have enough time to teach him everything there is to know about life, the afterlife and so on.

take this week for instance, it flew by in the blink of an eye. one minute we were celebrating the first day of eid, listening to khutbah raya and now here we are, its the last day of the raya holiday.boohoo.i can vaguely recall my raya with my baby now sbb sgt fun evert second bila dgn dia n family, semua benda lupa.does that make sense?ok i'm mumbling, i better go to sleep and enjoy the final day of raya holiday tomorrow.

p/s:aqeef can say 'kuih tart" clearly today.an achievement i must say.dia cakap clear gila, "kuih tart!". ok, ni just peringatan kepada diri sendiri bila aqeef start cakap kuih tart.3 sept 2011(he's 20 months and 3 days today,alhamdulillah),:)

movie virgin

haha, title nak catchy je kan. hari ni first time bawak aqeef pegi tgk wayang.saja test market.tadi siang jalan2 pegi sunway pyramid dgn acu pina ngan mak mak syida akip, pastu sume pun berpakat nak tgk wayang, dah tu hangkut lah semua dgn akip dan strollernya masuk wayang. huhu.

masa on the way pegi sunway dalam kereta tu aqeef tertido dah, so sampai2 tu beli tiket wayang teruslah masuk sbb aqeef tgh tido kan, cpt2 jelah nak masuk. pilih punya pilih, we settled for colombiana, padahal sebenarnya 3 org was looking forward to watch final destination, tapi cik abang saya tu tak mau,haish. tapi ok gak la cite columbiana tu, zoe saldana sgt cool and kuruuuusssss....sgt jelessssss....huhu.

oh berbalik kepada cerita aqeef, lepas dah beli tiket, beli popcorn bagai(mak mak syida yg tlg beli, tq makmak!:)) masuklah kami ke dalam panggung.chewah panggung. masuk2 je, nak buka tali strap stroller aqeef, tgk mata dia dah terbuka luas, alamak. tapi tak gerak2 pun, dia duk tenung screen tu. terkesima kot dia tgk screen besar n volume kuat gitu. angkat dia duduk kat seat, dia mamai2 lagi, duk diam2 je.

the first hour, sgt bagus, sibuk makan popcorn, sweetcorn, n air bagai, masuk jam kedua, dia da high with sugar, terus hyper active panjat kerusi depan and bersuara kuat. haha.kelakar, seb baik cite tu byk action dgn bunyi2 side effect yg sgt kuat, tenggelam lah suara si akip. kalau tak, mmg keluar panggung lah kami.

tapi takdelah teruk mana pun, dia start hyper towards the end of the movie je kot, it could've been worse kan? after the movie syafik kata "tunggulah lagi 2 tahun nak bawak gi wayang" haha, sebab papa yang dok melayan dia panjat kerusi panjat tangga bagai. mama dia handle part makan popcorn, yang duduk baik2 punya part je.;p

lepas tgk wayang we had our late lunch at the newly opened delicious cafe. yummm...seronok ok dah ada delicious kat sunway pyramid. selalu jauh benar kena pegi midvalley or one utama to dine kat delicious, skrg tidak lagi!:)


aqeef yang happy nak ambik gambar, padahal semua food di baling lepas tu. haish.


acu pina akip. ada stalker adik kecik saya ni, lepas saya check-in kat facebook saying that we were dining at delicious, tetibe stalker dia memunculkan diri masa kitorang tgh jalan kat brands outlet. creepy.huhu.

oh seronoklah hari ni walaupun tak beraya,ngehngeh. rest day from beraya, esok ada byk openhouse. tapi papa aqeef ajak pegi midvalley's it fair gak. esoklah fikir, skrg tido dulu!

honeymoon & cookies

ini gambar masa honeymoon kami kat pulau dayang bunting langkawi, approximately 3 years back. n i found this picture in hubby's phone.gambar honeymoon kami supposedly dah hilang semua softcopy dia sbb laptop dah kena rompak hari tu.

tetibe terkejut gila sapik ada gambar ni. alalala, sweet je ada gambar honeymoon.saya pon takde simpan gambar honeymoon dlm handphone kot. tapi tah2 dia simpan sbb dok pikir, bila la bini aku nak mengecil semula at least mcm dlm gambar ni kan?haha. hep, mari berprasangka baik kat suami di bulan ramadhan ni ok. mari assume dia simpan gambar ni sbb masa ni kami sgt happy tahap dewa sbb dah kahwin. hahaha. ok, seronoknya honeymoon, shopping, jalan2 tgk sunset kat beach, makan seafood hari2, makan laksa sedap gila tepi airport langkawi dgn air kelapa. haish. mari honeymoon sekali lagi, cant wait!

and oh, tadi da siap cookies yang pertama utk tahun ni, "cornflakes madu aqeef" nama dia.haha.siap ada nama plis. tapi nama sebenarnya adalah kuih org pemalas. muahahaha. cepat dimasak, confirm jadi, takde possibility langsung nk silap bancuh ke, tak naik ke, insyaAllah.





aqeef sgt suka cookies ni ok, merengek2 dia mengendeng kat saya asyik nak satu je. hmm, minggu dpn ada lagi kuih utk dibuati ek?

salam ramadhan

i left my telekung on the sajadah after maghrib sbb malas nak lipat sbb dah nak masuk isyak tadi. lepas tu keluar kejap dari bilik, masuk2, telekung tengah bergerak2. creepy tak?kan macam malam lailatul qadar, ada pokok sujud, telekung sujud bagai kan, ni tengok2 telekung saya sujud.misteri.





lepas tu tetibe keluar suara "akbar,akbar,.." dari dalam telekung. pastu keluar lah si bontot belang2 dgn kaki kecik dia. hahahahahahahaha. pastu saya cakap kat dia, aqeef kan boy, no need to use telekunglah. dia cakap, "gegirl!". haha. dia skrg ni mmg kalau org tanya aqeef boy ke girl, dia akan jawab gegirl!! dgn bersungguh2, hihi.

unique case when negative is a good thing,:)

alhamdulillah, my pap smear result turned out to be negative for any cancerous cells.:) i received a call from my doctor last friday as the result of my pap smear has been concluded. so yesterday i went to the clinic and alhamdulillah, my cells' clasified as class 1.


class 1 means negative for any cancerous cells and bad things. haha, sgtlah tak tau medical term nya. my mom and sisters started to utter seriously boring medical terms when they read my result, tp i just asked them one question, "the result is good right?i have nothing to worry about kan?" haha.

cakap medical term panjang2, tapi patient(sayalah tu, yg otak tak medical langsung) tak faham apa pun tak guna jugak kan. layman term please doctors,:p

kesimpulannya, takdelah teruk mana pun pap smear, tak sakit pun, uncomfortable saja. and the end result is you get your clarity of mind knowing everything inside u is ok insyaAllah.:) not too bad at all.all in all, a good news to start my Ramadhan with,thank you Allah,:)

pap smear

some general information about pap smear,taken from wikipedia.





i have been postponing my pap smear for as long as i could after aqeef was born. shortly after aqeef was born, my gynae told me to come and see her after 5 months for this pap smear thingy.
however, due to scary remarks by friends, family members and internet about how painful the procedure is, i chose to postpone it.subconciously(or conciously kot,;p) forgetting the need to do so, last 2 months came the alarming warning,stabbing pain at my lower left pelvic.:(

scared of all the uncertainties, i tried repeatedly to book an appoinment with my gynae, but to no avail. she's one busy lady, hence, tired of being worried, i went to our family clinic in kota kemuning and had the pap smear once and for all.

and of course, the doctor was furious that i did not have the pap smear earlier on as my gynae suggested. she said, the best time to get one is 5 months after each delivery.hmm, but she's more concern rather than angry though.

then came the scary part, the speculum-cell gathering-part. kahkahkah. it was awkward. yup, thats the word, awkward, not that scary, and the doctor was very supportive, "u dont have to be shy, just relax, it wont hurt you at all if u relax, u can imagine u husband if u like", haha. and before i knew it, it was over. done. alhamdulillah, settle satu part.

and oh, the result's of the test normally takes 4 working days to be concluded.so the doctor said. and it cost me rm40 je. murah sgt kot.actually, u can get it done for free at any of the government hospital/clinic.but u know how sometimes the nurses/doctors at government hospitals can be kan?i did not want to risk having my first ever pap smear at any of the government's hospitals.kang, itulah yang first, itulah yang last. haha.

now, we just wait and pray that the result is OK insyaAllah.:)
